Sergio Kolkov

Sergio Kolkov holds Master of Law (LLM) degree in International Trade Law and Ph.D in Financial Law. He has graduated from the Moscow State University of Foreign Relations (MGIMO) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation. He completed his post graduation course from the University of Legislation and Comparative Jurisprudence by the Government of Russian Federation. He has also done number of courses in Marketing, Business Administration as well as Business Accounting.

He has number of articles to his credit that are published in various legal and business magazines on the subject of taxation of foreign juridical persons in Russian Federation.

After his graduation in 1997, he worked for the oil industry as a legal advisor and business development manager. He also worked for Russian oil companies including Tatneft and Zarubejneftegazstroi.
