Teo D’Souzsa
Machine Shop Manger

Teo D’Souzsa has 25 years experience in the oil field industry – five years in ADOS Abu Dhabi as Machine Shop Supervisor dealing in oil country tubular goods and well heads repair and new manufacture; and 20 years in UES Oman. He joined UES as a Machine Shop Supervisor and progressed to the position of Machine Shop Manager dealing with PDO and local drilling contractors supporting their daily drilling activities.

Teo holds a mechanical engineering diploma from British Institute of Engineering Technology. He has also worked for 18 years in India as Quality Control Inspector – three years for Mahindra and Mahindra (Bombay) in Willis Jeep Manufacturing Division and 15 years in Larsen & Toubro (Bombay) in their Machine Shop.
